I am drawn to the landscape of the southwest because like no other place in
the world, it acts as an epic theater of physical phenomenon, providing a
setting for a deep spiritual connection to the natural world, and in turn nourishing
one's soul on the path to supernatural consciousness.
The intense light of the sun bakes the clay of the desert, which gives
way to only the strongest of living forms. The land seems rough at first
glance, but it is delicate enough to be dynamically sculpted with every precious
drop of water from the turquoise dome above.
